Dr. Levin is an actively practicing Emergency Physician, not a career expert witness. His opinions are grounded in real time emergency department decision making at a high acuity community hospital.
He currently practices in a STEMI and Stroke Center with annual volume exceeding 70,000 visits and serves in physician leadership roles in EMS, STEMI, and trauma.
He also brings significant clinical experience across trauma centers, rural emergency departments, and community hospitals, giving him a practical standard of care perspective rooted in how Emergency Medicine is actually practiced.
Dr. Levin also actively supervises medical residents, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. He remains engaged in clinical education and bedside teaching, which allows him to address not only the standard of care for the treating clinician, but also the responsibilities of the supervising physician when trainees or advanced practice providers are involved.
